1.  Where is Pencil Sketch Clothing based out of?
We are a company based out of the San Marino/Pasadena area of California.

2.  Do you guys have a My Space account?
Yezzur!  Add us at www.myspace.com/pencilsketchclothing.

3.  Where can I get your stuff?
Currently, we are only selling goods through our web-store.

Payment and Shipping

1. What payment methods are available?
All of our transactions are processed by Paypal. Whether or not you have a Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.

2. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. If you haven't received an e-mail confirming that we have begun to process your order within three business days of your purchase, please notify us by e-mail at customersvc@pencilsketchclothing.com and include your name and invoice ID.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, as of now we do not, but we are working on it and will notify you as soon as we do.

3 1/2. Well, what about Canada?
Of course we ship to Canada! <3

4.  I received an e-mail a while ago notifying me of my shipped order, but I have yet to receive anything.  What’s up?
It is possible that an erroneous address was provided and your order may have ended up being returned to our warehouse. If this is the case, we will call or e-mail you as soon as it is received.

5.  I use Internet Explorer and there seems to be a problem connecting to PayPal at checkout.  What’s wrong?
You must enable your browser to accept third-party cookies from PayPal. To resolve this, on the menu bar, click into Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites. Where it says 'Address of Website' type in https://www.paypal.com/ then click 'Allow' to add it to the list. Now you should be able to access PayPal. If the problem persists, try refreshing your browser after enabling cookies from the PayPal site, then try again.

6. How can I check the status of my order?
If you log-in to your account via the website, you can view a detailed summary of your order history and keep updated on its progress.

Designs

1. Can I submit one of my own designs?
Keep checking back for this answer; exciting news is on the way.

2.  Will you make (design and print) a batch of customized shirts for my organization or band?
