Returns & Exchanges
Only incidents reported within fourteen days of the items ship date qualify for exchange.
Once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse the sale becomes final and no refund may be issued.
However, in the case where we have shipped either the wrong product or a defective one, simply send the package back to us and we will send you the correct replacement. Please note that returns must be un-worn, un-washed, and are susceptible to shipping and handling fees (listed price on the sales invoice) which should be included with the return (checks only).
All returned packages should include the item(s) involved, a written explanation of the problem, as well as a note stating your name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping address, and order number.
Lastly, for greater efficiency, please e-mail us immediately if any discrepancies do arise so we may be informed about them and assist you as soon as possible.
